Frames

You use the NOFRAMES tag to accommodate frame-incapable browsers:

<NOFRAMES>
[<BODY>]
content to display in frame-incapable browsers
[</BODY>]
</NOFRAMES>

Note that the <BODY>...</BODY> tag is optional.
