Use this command to invoke an external editor to edit the contents of the SQL buffer or to edit the comments of an operating system file.

Use this command to execute a single PL/SQL statement.

EXEC[UTE] statement

Exit

Use this command to terminate a SQL*Plus session and return to the operating system.

EXIT [SUCCESS | FAILURE | WARNING |

              value | user_variable | :bind_variable]

              COMMIT | ROLLBACK]
