I have had it in mind for many years to do a PhD, but the topic and finance and time and supervisor never combined to be right at the same time. Maybe when I retire.
I'm also interested in furthering my languages, concentrating on the topics that interest me. I was disappointed not to be able to continue French and German at the level I was at when I moved to MK. But the Open University would take too long, now.
The Open University has become more structured and expensive, lately. It is time to further my education in other ways.
