Frameset Attributes

COLS- number/size of column frames- colWidthList - comma-separated list of column-frame widths, each expressed in one of the following ways:
- nn% - percentage of screen width
- numPixels - number of pixels
- * - "whatever is left over"
- n* - "n parts of whatever is left over" (0* = minimum possible width)
ROWS- size/number of row frames- rowHeightList - comma-separated list of row-frame heights, each expressed in one of the ways listed above under colWidthList
BORDER(Netscape only) - width of border between framesBORDERCOLOR(Netscape only) - border colorFRAMEBORDER- specifies whether frame border is displayed (default = yes)FRAMESPACING(MSIE only) - width of border between frames
